Shipping Information

Upon purchasing your piece of furniture, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours of purchase to arrange delivery or collection.

If you choose delivery, this will be handled either by myself or a trusted furniture courier. Delivery is free within 15 miles of N3 (Finchley, North London). For locations beyond this, an additional charge will apply, with costs dependent on distance. All items are free to pick up.

As a general guide, delivery within 15 miles is free, while deliveries further afield may start from £10 to around £50.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch – I’m here to help. I gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • For all items, please notify me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your purchase.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Painted Furniture:

For painted pieces, any damage sustained during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. I cannot accept responsibility for repair or replacement costs reported after this period.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale items
