As each lampshade is individually handmade to order and carefully inspected before dispatch, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. However, please do get in touch if there are any issues, and I will always do my best to resolve them.

Each lampshade is made using high-quality fabric, professionally bonded to a fire-retardant PVC lining that complies with the glow wire test standards set by the Lighting Association.
For best results, we recommend using LED bulbs. They are energy-efficient and remain cool during use, helping to prevent heat damage or scorching to the lampshade and surrounding surfaces.
