Customer Care
At JessieKMann Bespoke Furniture, your satisfaction means everything. If you have any concerns or questions about your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch – I’m here to help and will do my best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
For furniture deliveries, please inspect your item at the time it arrives. If you believe the item has been damaged during transit, please report it within 24 hours, as I’m unable to cover the cost of repairs past this point.
In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, I will arrange for it to be professionally repaired – either by myself or, if necessary, by a trusted fellow furniture painter. In some cases, the piece may need to be returned to my workshop for the work to be completed.
On the extremely rare occasion that the item cannot be repaired, you will be issued a full refund.
Privacy & Safety
I value your privacy and take your personal information seriously. Your details will never be sold, shared, or passed on to third parties – full stop.
All card payments are processed securely via a reputable third-party payment provider. I do not see or store your card information at any point.
