Shipping Information
Upon purchasing your piece of furniture, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours of purchase to arrange delivery or collection.
Delivery is offered at the cost of petrol (£0.20 per mile from Finchley, North London). Free to pick up and free local delivery may be offered, please get in touch to check.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch – I’m here to help. I gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
For all items, please notify me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your purchase.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Painted Furniture:
For painted pieces, any damage sustained during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. I cannot accept responsibility for repair or replacement costs reported after this period.
